We are operating many longer trains where possible to provide up to twice the normal capacity and increasing the dwell time at key stations to allow for customers to board and alight safely. To achieve this while also maintaining the national railway timetable, a small number of stations have seen our services reduced or withdrawn to allow additional time at the more heavily used stations. Our trains continue to operate throughout the day on most routes at a reduced frequency and in some cases with a revised calling pattern. We will be operating the full timetable on the routes between Birmingham - Leicester - Stansted Airport and Nottingham - Birmingham New Street - Cardiff Central.
Occasionally, we may have to make late notice changes to our published timetable due to operational reasons and improvement work. Sometimes, buses replace trains - just so you know, all of our rail replacement transport is fully accessible. You can find out more about rail replacement buses here.
The holiday structure for railway offices in India is designed to ensure that all staff members are able to take their allotted leave without disrupting the functioning of the office. This ensures that railway staff is able to take adequate time off to rest and recuperate, while still ensuring that the railway network runs smoothly. 2ff7e9595c
